A “Morning Meeting” was organized with preschool education specialists, kindergarten directors, and methodologists of the capital city to support human resource development and continuous professional growth in preschool education.

The purpose of the meeting was to increase enrollment in preschool teacher education programs and to identify future directions for collaboration. During the meeting, participants were introduced to the School of Preschool Education’s future policy directions, admission planning, enrollment processes, and the stages of training teacher assistants.

Kindergartens expressed their commitment to:

• Supporting teacher assistants in pursuing bachelor’s degree programs
• Participating in methodological training
• Supporting admission processes through the implementation of the “One Kindergarten – One Applicant” initiative

Participants also highlighted their interest in employing graduates of the School of Preschool Education and noted that they benefit from learning from newly graduated teachers trained under updated curricula.
