On April 23, 2026, a friendly meeting entitled “Positive Attitude – The Beginning of Trust” was successfully organized at the School of Preschool Education of the Mongolian National University of Education (MNUE).

This event was initiated by the Ethics Subcommittee of the School of Preschool Education and was specifically designed for support staff. Participants demonstrated active engagement and initiative throughout the meeting.

Within the framework of the meeting, the following topics were addressed:

• Fundamental concepts of organizational ethics
• Roles and values of service personnel
• The importance of communication culture and positive attitudes
• Preventive measures against ethical violations
• Effective communication strategies under stress

The event was particularly notable for its participatory and practice-oriented approach, including case analysis, role-playing exercises, and interactive discussions.

Additionally, refreshments during the training were generously supported on a voluntary basis by faculty members from three departments, the Program Office, and the school administration, including the director. We extend our sincere appreciation for their support.

As a result of the activity:

• Participants’ understanding of ethical principles improved
• Communication skills were enhanced
• A stronger commitment to fostering a positive organizational climate was established

The meeting proved to be a meaningful and effective initiative. Moving forward, participants agreed to collaborate with the Ethics Subcommittee to further promote service culture and disseminate positive attitudes within the organization.
